Nautica Tab A First Aid Case in accordance with Ministerial Decree 03/2022.

Only if the vessel meets all requirements of:
1) Limitless recreational boating;
2) Vessel used in chartering activities;
3) Maritime personnel embarked and registered.

If any one of these requirements is not met, the tab in Table D shall be adopted for

Fishing
- Close-range coastal fishing (within 40 miles),

Passenger transport
- Class C coastal navigation (within 6 miles)
- Class B national and international coastal navigation (within 20 miles)
- Class D local navigation (within 3 miles).
