An inflatable life jacket for adults with automatic and/or manual activator. Approved and certified ISO 12402-3 (Class 150N). The automatic version is approved as on-board equipment for limitless navigation from the coast according to Italian regulations. Case in high-strength technological fabric. Equipped with a harness with quick-release safety lock, ISO 12401 certification and double safety belt attachment. This inflatable life jacket comes in a convenient carry bag.
ACTIVATION SYSTEMS
Automatic activation (self-inflating life jacket). In the event of a fall overboard, the system is submerged and autonomously activates the inflation of the buoyancy chamber. It is also possible to activate the life jacket manually.
Manual activation - the system is triggered by pulling the dedicated lever.
Oral inflation - to inflate the chamber, simply blow into the mouth tube present in both self-inflating and purely manually-activated jackets.
The SKIPPER EVO - 150 inflatable life jacket can be supplied with the following activators:
UML-MK5 automatic water-soluble tablet activator (self-inflating life jacket);
Hammar MA1/EC, hydrostatic activator complete with rubber bumper (inflatable life jacket);
UML MICROMANUAL manual activator.
All VSG inflatable life jackets come with a mouth tube.

Flotation specifications

Single compartment buoyancy chamber in PA 420 PU COATED fabric with electronically controlled high frequency welds. Guarantees an optimal position in the water and perfect stability. The thrust is such as to rotate an unconscious person and tilt him, allowing him to keep the respiratory tract free from water. Even with an inflated chamber it is possible to swim easily to reach a safe place or quickly get on a raft.

Automatic activation

Automatic: in the event of a fall into the sea, the system is submerged and activates autonomously, within 5 second, the inflation of the buoyancy chamber. Automatic activation is possible with the UML MK5 salt activator, through the dissolution of a water-soluble tablet, or with the hydrostatic activator Hammar MA1 through the pressure generated by immersion in water for at least 10 cm.

Manual activation

The system is activated through the draft of the appropriate lever. It comes with the manual activator UML MICROMANUAL and it will activate exclusively by hand.
