Personal safety device designed for special forces of Italian Navy. (04011) – Composed by 2 inflatable chambers with separate manual activation. (04012) – Composed by single inflatable chamber with automatic activation.

Automatic activation

Automatic: in the event of a fall into the sea, the system is submerged and activates autonomously, within 5 second, the inflation of the buoyancy chamber. Automatic activation is possible with the UML MK5 salt activator, through the dissolution of a water-soluble tablet, or with the hydrostatic activator Hammar MA1 through the pressure generated by immersion in water for at least 10 cm.

Manual activation

The system is activated through the draft of the appropriate lever. It comes with the manual activator UML MICROMANUAL and it will activate exclusively by hand.
